- $30 annual family registration fee.
- $50 nonrefundable recital costume deposit per costume; final costume balances are additional.
- 2.75% credit-card surcharge on tuition payments.
- $15 late fee for payments received after the 7th.
- Company students follow a 10-installment schedule and additional company charges.

Before the first class.
My child has never danced. Where do we start?
Start with the age groups in our class finder. If you’re unsure about a class or level, contact the studio for placement guidance.
Do siblings receive a family rate?
HSD calculates tuition using the combined weekly hours taken by your family. The annual registration fee is also per family.
What should my dancer wear?
Attire depends on the dance style. Visit Parent Resources for the current dress code before purchasing shoes or clothing.
Are costumes included in tuition?
No. Costume deposits and final balances are separate. Recital costume deposits are due November 1 and balances February 1 under the current published policy.
What changes for competition students?
The published schedule uses 10 installments ending in June. Company tuition of $50 per month is listed in addition to regular tuition, along with costume costs. Ask the studio for the complete commitment and any event or travel costs.
